It’s that time of year again. The time when most people gain weight and this is, often times, on top of weight that you already wanted to get rid of. It is also about twenty days until January 1, 2019. On this day many people set resolutions and health-related goals often top the list.

Y’all. I truly want you to be successful when it comes to your health goals. I am passionate about it and I absolutely love talking to people about their fitness goals, the challenges they experience, questions, they have, etc. What I do NOT want to do it waste your time. I don’t want you to feel hopeless and overwhelmed. I want nothing more than for you to be successful, to feel empowered, to master your vision, and to love your body.
I know, first hand, how frustrating it is to work and work and still not fit into those jeans I’ve been dying to wear again. I know how it feels to undereat in an effort to fit into those jeans and be downright miserable because I’m hungry!!!!! I know how it feels to do just about every workout that is out there and still not fit in those jeans. I know what it’s like to have a baby (or babies! Twins!) and try to get back in shape. I know what it’s like not to be able to figure out when to squeeze in a workout. What I do know is that if I have goals and I want to be successful I need to have a plan and commit to it.
What is the problem with most approaches to achieving your health goals? NUTRITION IS #1. It is the utmost important part of being successful. To be clear, when I say successful I mean this with regards to both how healthy you are internally (blood pressure, hormones, heart health, etc) and externally (FAT LOSS….and finally fitting in those darn jeans!). Pairing nutrition with exercise (in a very deliberate and precise way) will only increase the overall results and this will happen faster then if you simply change your nutrition. But, don’t get me wrong, if you can’t do both for whatever reason, nutrition is #1 and following the right nutrition guidelines will absolutely result in positive changes to your body.
So what is the solution? What did I do to reach my goals? The Faster Way to Fat Loss program is specially designed to give you both the nutrition information you need to LOSE FAT and improve internal health as well as the workouts that marry each day’s nutrition plan to perfection. Many of you have been following along on my journey over the past few weeks with the Faster Way to Fat Loss, six week program and I am so excited to announce that I am now an affiliate with them!
In all of my years in the fitness industry I have never seen a more effective, realistic, and exciting program that truly produces results. The workouts are amazing and the nutrition component is something I will continue for years and years (possibly forever!).
RESULTS: I have lost almost three inches in my abdomen (after having five kids!) which is where I struggled most. The best part is that I’m eating more now than before and I don’t feel like I am depriving myself in any way. I also feel more energized, sleeping the best in years, and I feel so much leaner and stronger. Stay tuned for before and after pictures that I will share when I complete the next, final, two weeks.
